Qualifications:

Candidate must have a strong interest and belief in the School Improvement process; a desire to improve teaching and learning at HWMS; strong technology skills; and the ability to work independently when needed.  Experience in the School Improvement process is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Attend all HWMS Improvement Team meetings;
• Lead HWMS Improvement Team meetings;
• Collaborate with administration and the HWMS School Improvement Department Goal Chairs to write the annual School Improvement Plan;
• Use Advanc-ed web based program to submit the School Improvement Plan and the School Data Profile;
• Attend School Improvement conferences at the request of administration;
• Lead subcommittees that are established by the SI Team
• Communicate with staff on progress of SIP as well as gather input as needed;
• Model commitment and fidelity to the School Improvement plan to the teaching staff; and
• Perform other duties as assigned.
